The executive summary contains statistics that have been accumulated to demonstrate the continuous growth Saratoga County has experienced over the past years. Saratoga County has shown growth of 10.7% in the last decade. The growth has ranged from the inner suburban and outer suburban towns, such as Clifton Park (9.6%), Halfmoon (33.1%) and Malta (11.1%), to the rural outlying areas of Northumberland (26.3%), Greenfield (16.2%), and Wilton (17.7%). As you will see Saratoga County is leading the Region in most sectors.

Saratoga County is part of the Capital-Saratoga Region of New York State as well as part of the Capital District, the Albany/Schenectady/Troy Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The northern portion of the county is adjacent to the Glens Falls MSA.
